i did this WOD a few days late but it was well worth it. I completed it in 9:40 but felt I could have done it faster. My chest was so sore from prior workouts and was unable to string together more than two muscle ups at a time. That alone really slowed me down. I plan to do it again sometime in the future hopefully I can ge a sub 8.
