So if you are lets say doing Cindy an you are on your 7th pushup an you hit a min, stop do a squat clean thruster an proceed to your 8th pushup.

This workout was brutal!! I used 155 lbs for my squat clean thruster and EMOM the squat clean just sucked the energy right out of me. It was rough going from "Mary" to an olympic lift. I really had a hard time keeping a pace up. Jose and I did it as a 20 min AMRAP. I was so focus on keeping my place in the rd that I lost track on my total # of rd count. I completed some where between 8-10 rds. Great Workout!
